Just a simple 'Next slide' text cursor when over the slides.

Here we are using icons in the cursor that show for either previous slide or next slide depending on where the mouse is. We have also set it so that the default mouse cursor is hidden in this example.

A nice option is to display to the user that they can drag the slides to move them when they mouse over the slider.
